Details about the program: (Eligibility and other terms)

a. The giveaway contest will start from 29th May to 9th June

b. This contest is open to legal residents who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.

c. Customers can place multiple orders to become eligible for the giveaway. These orders will be auto clubbed in our system for the customers to become eligible for the giveaway.

d. Customers are eligible for the giveaway rewards post the closure of the return window (15 days post delivery), Eligible iPhone winner will be contacted directly by Pepe Jeans India team, Eligible customers for Smartwatch and Tote bag giveaway, will receive a unique coupon code via Email and Whatsapp. This code will have a validity of 14 days.

e. To claim the giveaway reward, the customer has to visit pepejeans.in and add the reward product (Smartwatch or Tote bag basis qualification) to cart and apply the unique coupon code received. Once done, they will have pay Rs 10/- and get their reward delivered to their desired address.

f. This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.

g. Each Pepe Jeans India’s Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and shall have a valid phone number and e-mail address.

h. The Gift/giveaways will be shipped to the eligible customer once the return window on the order is completed (i.e. 15 days post the date of delivery).

i. The giveaway products- Iphone, Smartwatch and Tote bag will not be shown in the cart or in the Order details. Nor will it be shipped at the same time as the Order.

j. The specifications of the Gift/giveaway (including but not limited to colour) will be basis on stock availability.

k. No return & exchange request will be accepted with reasons such as but not limited to Defective product, Color Mismatch, Wrong product, Size Fit Issue once the winner is announced.

l. For Orders during the Duration of 29th May to 9th June that are not eligible for the Gift With Order Offer, regular terms and conditions will apply including terms & conditions for returns and exchange.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Mumbai.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
